A. Invoice is a cloud-based solution. That means it can be accessed on all devices. All you need is a modern web browser with Javascript enabled, you'll be able to keep track of your invoicing needs using any device with an internet connection — whether you're at home, in the office or on the go.

A. Yes! Invoice has an integrated payment solution that allows you to easily accept payments from clients anytime, anywhere.

Q. Is payments in other currencies available?

A. Not yet. Foreign currency payments are currently in beta and will soon be available to all.

Q. What is the fee for accepting payment online?

A. For successful online payment transaction, we charge a flat transaction fee of 1.9% + 100 Naira per transaction for local card and 3.9% + 100 Naira for international cards. Please note that max limit in transaction amount per invoice is 150,000 Naira. No hidden fees. No service charge.

A. Keeping your data secure is one of our top priorities. Our website uses bank-grade SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all access and transactions, we perform daily backups, and our payment processor is fully PCI-compliant.
