It all starts with a simple email address and secured password to create a free account. You don’t need to provide a credit card, and you’re under no commitment to pay upfront to get started using the platform.

Can I accept online payments with Invoice?

Absolutely! Invoice has an integrated payment solutions that allows you to easily accept credit and debit card payments from your clients anytime, anywhere (See online payments for more details).

Is Invoice safe and secured for my data?

Keeping your data safe and secure is one of our top priorities. The good thing about using a cloud-based invoicing software like Invoice is that you don't have to worry about loosing your data. Our software uses bank-grade SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all access and transactions.

Does Invoice work on all devices?

Do I need to pay to get started?

No, you don’t need to make any financial commitment to start using Invoice. Upgrading your account, however, will require one.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel later?

Absolutely — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. Please refer our terms and refund policy for more details.

Do you offer any special pricing?

Yes! For nonprofits and educational institutions, we offer a 25% discount when paying monthly and a 50% discount for paying for the year in advance.

What payment methods do you support?

For monthly and yearly payments, we support all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Verve.

How secure is my data?

We use industry best practices to establish and maintain a secure and accessible online experience. And we always remember that your data is yours. We never touch your data without your explicit permission.

Payments FAQs

How much do you charge for online payments?

1.5% + N100 for local transactions and 3.9% + N100 for international transactions.

What types of payment cards do you accept?

We accept payment via mojority of payment card including Visa, Mastercard, Verve, Discover and American Express.

How long does it take to get my funds?

Received funds are remitted by requesting a payout when needed. Funds will be remitted to your bank account within 24 hours after payout request.

Is payments in other currencies available?

Not yet - Processing and accepting foreign currencies is in the pipeline. We will keep you posted once available.

How secure are my transactions?

Keeping your data secured is one of our top priorities. We use bank-grade SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all access and transactions, we perform daily backups, and our payment processor is fully PCI-compliant.
